Leadership Development Workshop for Department Chairs/Heads
The Council of Chairs Leadership Development Series aims to provide department chairs and heads with valuable information and useful resources to assist them as academic leaders of their departments. The workshops occur twice per semester and provide an opportunity for chairs/heads to share their expertise, successes, and challenges.
Workshops are led by faculty, staff, and administrators with demonstrated expertise in the session topic. All department chairs and heads are strongly encouraged to attend.
Chair Chats will occur on a monthly basis. The Vice Provost and Provost will participate in Chair Chats to disseminate important information and answer questions.
