The Office for Faculty Affairs supports the academic success of our faculty by providing resources, programs, professional development and leadership opportunities. The Office for Faculty Affairs also oversees academic HR services for the university.
Who We Are
The Office for Faculty Affairs is led by the vice provost for faculty affairs, who works with the director of faculty development and the director of academic human resources to oversee faculty and academic matters relating to personnel and create programs to assist faculty in professional development and career advancement. What We Do
The Office for Faculty Affairs provides support in academic HR services, faculty grievance procedures, faculty-related policies and procedures, and programming for the faculty career lifecycle, which includes professional development workshops, leadership programs, and mentoring programs for all faculty.

Faculty Advisory Councils
The faculty advisory councils help address the needs and requests of both tenure and non-tenure track faculty. These councils advise the Office for Faculty Affairs on faculty policies and procedures, professional development and faculty information systems. Learn more.
