Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

John Pijanowski will be offering a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) informed program series for faculty.

In person at 12pm or online at 3pm on the following Fridays: April 1, April 8, April 15, April 22, April 29
